4. Orders & Payments
Placing an Order
By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order before dispatch for reasons including but not limited to:

- Incorrect pricing due to a technical error
- Product unavailability
- Failure of payment authorisation
Payment
- We accept payments via the methods listed at checkout, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets
- All transactions are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or UPI credentials
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment is to be made to the delivery agent at the time of receipt
- If a payment failure occurs, please verify with your bank before attempting again to avoid duplicate charges
Discount Codes & Promotional Offers
- Discount codes and vouchers are for one-time use only per customer, unless stated otherwise
- Codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly mentioned
- If an order using a discount code is cancelled or returned, the code is considered used and will not be reinstated
- We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice

For disputes that cannot be resolved informally or through consumer forums, both parties agree to resolve the matter through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be India, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.
